The item is perfect! It's just as described and we cannot wait to give the matches out as wedding favors. I did have the first batch show up in a totally beat up box, resulting in the damage of a portion of the matches. I reached out to the seller to let them know, and they were kind enough to send me complimentary replacements for those damaged. The replacements just arrived and all are intact! However, I still feel the box could be a bit more secure. Overall, matches and the customer service are 10/10, you won't be disappointed! Would order again!

Super cute and perfect for our wedding! My only criticism is that the ink is more blue than black. Not a big deal for me though.
The napkins are perfect! The seller was super helpful when I realized I needed to increase the quantity of napkins in my order. Rather than having me place a second order for an extra 100 napkins, they helped me cancel my original order so that I could re-order for the correct amount. That way I got to taken advantage the slightly lower price that comes with buying in bulk. Thank you for such a great product and customer service!
I purchased this ornament in 2023 for my son and daughter-in-law to honor the passing of one of their dogs, Constantine, and they both loved it. Then when they lost their other dog in 2024, I purchased another to honor her as well.

The embroidery really looks like the dogs! This was a gift for my mother that included her 3 grand dogs! She loved it! Plus the blue sweatshirt was such a pretty shade!

I ordered from a few embroidering companies but this one have the absolute best and closest photo to my dog. Some websites take months to get this done, but I received my item so quickly and it’s perfect quality. Will order again!
Although I do think the sweatshirts came out great, their policy of only have one revision irks me a bit. I purchased two sweatshirts from them, giving them over $200 of business, and was charged $15 extra to make a few revisions after I used my first two on very minor brush ups (which, to my fault I didn’t read the entire description & see this policy). I understand if its a whole redesign they should be paid for it, but for the touch ups I was suggesting I dont think I should be responsible for paying for that as I gave several pictures of the dog and I myself had to put in a a lot of time to edit their initial designs they proposed. I love the concept of working together on Etsy, but it just made me feel like “another customer” when it came to this purchase. You tell me if this first design they proposed looks like my dog.

Nice sweatshirt. The embroidered picture looked a lot like the photo. Just be aware if you get a shipping time spanning 2-3 weeks, don’t hold out any hope you will get it on the early side of the shipping timeframe. The recipient of the sweatshirt (gift) was very pleased.
I was excited to receive my memorial ortament , but disappointed when I immediately noticed that the outline was not very visible at all unless holding it up to natural light. Even when holding in sun the outline is extremely faint. When I placed it on the tree it completely blended in and we couldn’t even tell that it was anything other than a plain glass ornament. I expressed my concerns asking the seller if it could be remade w a bolder line and all he did was offer partial refund and shipping and fee for design would be our responsibility. For a 40 ornament it wouldn’t even be worth doing so for a partial refund. Highly disappointed in something that was meant to be a meaningful memorial to our fur baby,
