You will get a proof for your order within one week of your order via Email. We encourage our customers to make sure to check your spam folder just incase it gets delivered there. We rely on our customers to respond in a timely manner. Should we not hear back from you within 3 days of the proof being sent, we will proceed with production with the proof as is.

Absolutely! We want to make sure you love the portrait we created! 

Each order includes two free minor revisions per pet. If you’d like 3 + revisions there will be a $15 fee due to the amount of work that goes into each portrait.

Additionally, If you’d like to use a different photo than the original one submitted, it is a $25 fee.

We use unisex Gildan Sweatshirts that run true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, we suggest sizing up one size!

Due to the nature of our items being custom, we do not allow returns or exchanges. Should you place an order and would like to cancel it, please message us within 6 hours of the order being placed, as we begin to work on orders promptly and will not be able to grant a cancellation afterwards.
