How It Works:

If you prefer not to include it, simply leave it blank. Please note the name will go directly under the portrait, we currently do not offer sleeve embroidery.
4. We will reach out with a proof.
Once you submit your order, our artists get to work on your custom portrait(s). Proofs can be expected within a week of an order being placed.
5. You approve the proof or request a revision.
6. We embroider and ship.

Product Info: (Comfort Colors 1566)
- 9.5 oz., 80% ringspun cotton, 20% polyester
- Our garments are pre-shrunk during the garment dye and wash processes for almost no shrinkage at home.
- Pigment dye colors: These colors provide a vintage look that will remain for the life of the garment
- 1x1 rib on collar, cuffs and relaxed waistband
- Forward rolled shoulder
- Double-needle stitched
- Sideseamed body
- Signature twill label
Care Instructions: Machine wash inside out on delicate with cold water, let air dry.

Yes! You’ll receive a proof within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Please keep an eye on the email you used at checkout and be sure to approve (or request revisions) quickly so we can move your order into production and ship it out on time.

Absolutely - we want you to love it! Small adjustments can be made before final approval.
What makes a good photo for customization?
For the best results, please upload a close-up photo of your pet’s full face in clear lighting.

Do you only customize dogs?
