Refund policy

At Jasper & Co, every item is custom-made with love, just for you. Because of this, we have a few special policies around cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • If artwork has already been started, we can still cancel but a $25 artwork fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once the production process begins, unfortunately, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 24 hours unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this happens, don’t worry — we’ll make it right. Please contact us at support@jasperandcostore.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if something slips through the cracks, we promise to fix it. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can rectify the situation.
