First customer service was awesome. Asked to tweak the proof and they did so multiple times and very quick. Also accommodated my request to have it delivered in time. The sweatshirt is amazing! Image o my daughters dogs is so accurate it’s creepy good. Great quality sweatshirt and true to size. My daughter is a Med and it fit perfect. If you want oversized, size up 1. Packaging was really cute too. Definitely will order more item.
